12月11日以后，使用Office 的客户无法打开或保存通过“权限管理服务”（Rights Management Service）加密的文档。当文档被打开时，将会显示以下错误信息：“出现意外的错误。 请稍后再试或与系统管理员联系”"Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact your system administrator”该问题影响到了Office 与权限管理服务（RMS）的配合使用，包括Word ， Word Viewer ，Excel ，Excel Viewer ， PowerPoint 和Outlook 。但是Office 不会受到影响。解决方法：
