摘 要

计算联锁系统采用的是实时控制系统,它取代了继电技术,具有高可靠性和比较完善的功能,与6502电气集中联锁相比,这些都是它的优势,它是保证行车安全的基础设备。计算机联锁工程设计则是要对计算机联锁的一些相关的工程进行设计出图,以便在后续的工程施工中进行参照。

本次工程设计的对象是6号站上行咽喉。主要完成了十张图纸的设计:信号平面图,计算需要设置的警冲标、信号机等设备的坐标,设置绝缘节,计算股道有效长;联锁表,研究各类信号设备之间的联锁关系,确定并将其编制成表;双线轨道电路图,配置轨道电路的极性、布置轨道电路送受电端及扼流变压器等;电缆径路图与电缆网络图,选择电缆径路并计算电缆芯数,根据电缆路径利用公式计算电缆长度,然后在此基础上画出电缆网络图;系统结构图,选用合适的计算机联锁系统,理解其组成;组合排列表,确定各个设备所用的组合并进行排列;组合类型表,对所有要用到的组合进行统计,并确定每个组合所要用的继电器和其它电子元器件;室内布置图,对室内信号设备进行布置;工程数量统计,对各种安装工程、建筑工程、计算机联锁工程进行数量统计。

Abstract

Computer interlocking system with high reliability and relatively complete function, adopts real-time control system, which replaces the relay technology. Compared with 6502 relay interlocking, it is a kind of fundamental equipment with these advantages to ensure the safety of train operation. The content of computer interlocking engineering is to design related drawings and regarded as a reference in subsequent real engineering.

The object of this engineering design chooses up throat of No.6 station. Its main contents include: setting the insulated joints and calculating the effective length of track and the coordinates of fouling post and signal in signalling arrangement layout, researching the interlocking relationship between various devices and compiling interlocking table. Setting choke transformer and arranging the polar, feed end and receiving end of track circuit in desiging double rail track circuit. selecting the coble route and calculating the cored wire and the cable length and drawing the cable network diagram. selecting appropriate computer interlocking system and understanding its composition. composing combination ranking table based on the combinations chosen, the statistics to all combinations used and determining using relays and other electronic components. assigning signal devices in indoor equipment layout. the statistics to installation engineering, construction engineering, and computer interlocking.
