锅炉对流受热面锅炉对流受热面boiler convective heating surfaceguolu duil一u shourem一on锅炉对流受热面(boiler eonveetive heatingsurface)布置在锅炉对流烟道中，主要以对流换热方式接受烟气热量并传递给工质的受热部件.包括对流管束、防渣管束、过热器和再热器的对流部分、省煤器及空气预热器。布置在炉膛出口的半辐射式过热器(后屏)通常也包括在内。对流管束用于小容量锅炉，作为蒸发受热面。防波管束是锅炉蒸发受热面的一部分.由后墙水冷壁管在炉膛出口烟窗处将管距拉大而成。对流过热器用于产生过热蒸汽的各种锅炉中。随着蒸汽参数的提高，锅炉中用于燕汽过热的热量不断增加，使得过热器的受热面积大幅度增加.为了提高电厂热力循环的效率，燕汽的初参数不断提高，但蒸汽温度的继续提高受到现有过热器钢材和锅炉成本的限制，因而采用了中间再热(见再热循环)，通过再热器把汽轮机高压缸(或中压缸)的排汽送回锅炉中重新加热到规定的温度，再送到汽轮机做功.为了降低排烟温度，提高锅炉热效率，在锅炉尾部加装省煤器和空气预热器。空气预热器用来提高供嫩烧用空气的温度，以改善燃烧和提高锅炉效率。对对流受热面的共同要求是，安全可靠、强化传热、节省金属(特别是合金钢)、减少流动阻力、减少热偏差、减轻管子磨损、防止高、低温腐蚀和管子振动等。
