石墨粉分子式：暂无分子量：暂无CAS号：7782-42-5性质：灰黑色具金属光泽的腻滑物质。熔点3527℃。相对密度1.9-2.2。属炭的同素异型体，有良好的导电性和传热性，在常温下化学活泼性限小。制备方法：原料矿产石墨经氢氟酸、盐酸提纯得纯得到纯石墨粉。第一次提纯：原料石墨含量约89%，含有二氧化硅、铁等杂质。在内衬取氯乙烯的反应桶内，加入石墨粉，盐酸、氢氟酸，用蒸汽加热至120℃搅拌数小时后放入离心机用水洗至中性。提纯后的石墨用气流干燥器干燥，然后先用万能打粉机破碎至325目颗粒度，再经气流粉碎，颗粒度达1.5u左右。经气流粉碎后的石墨粉配上纯浆在振动磨内振动数天，将此物料根据石墨不同颗粒在水中沉降速度不同进行分级。分级后的石墨料，因经过振动磨处理，夹杂着较多杂质，需进行第二次提纯，提纯方法和第一次提纯相同。提纯后的石墨粉灰分不大于0.5%，根据用途配入相应稳定剂、在球磨机内进行球磨混合，即得各类成品。例如配成油剂、粉剂、水剂等。用途：水剂用作拉制难熔金属的润滑剂、玻璃工业涂模剂、增加导电性能和高温隔热材料，电子工业用于制作遮屏或导电膜等。粉剂用作耐高温润滑剂基料、耐腐蚀泣滑基料，橡胶、塑料的填充料，炭膜电阴以及配制电液。油剂用作润滑剂、高温密封润滑脂、脱模剂等。
