1.The objective of the work is to observe the role of 99Tcm-sestamibi perfusion imaging and coincidence imaging with18F-FDG for detecting viability of infarct myocardum in miniswine model.将6只20kg的小型猪制作心肌梗死模型,进行心肌99Tcm-甲氧基异丁基异腈(99Tcm-sestamibi,99Tcm-MIBI)血流灌注显像确定梗死区,用18F-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-fluorodeoxyglucose,18F-FDG)观察空腹与糖负荷图像的差别,确定心肌坏死或存活区。
