基因治疗分子式:CAS号:性质:用基因修饰的方法增加或删除缺损基因中的某些成分,用制备的正常基因代替病人的遗传的或病衰性的缺损基因的治疗疾病的方法。基因治疗概念最早是针对遗传疾病的根治而提出的,而当前已把基因治疗、基因克隆和基因诊断列为未来最有发展前景的十大科学领域之首。基因治疗主要应用于肿瘤、遗传病、艾滋病、心血管病。目前进行基因治疗大致有三种思路:(基因功能校正法,对某些代谢酶缺陷通过载体(如逆病毒)引入正常基因,使这一缺陷得以校正,从而使机体恢复正常;(2)引入祛病基因,如定点引入肿瘤坏死因子以治疗癌症;(3)直接引入基因如mRNA、cDNA等,使这些基因在体内获瞬时表达。这种方法简便,无基因突变危险,可用于多种疾病,如一般遗传疾病,骨质疏松症、癌症等。基因治疗第一个成功例子是美国对一位4岁的患综合性免疫缺陷症(SCID)的小女孩治疗获得成功。1991年12月2日,中国复旦大学也进行了治疗B型血友病患者获得成功。这也是世界第一例用基因疗法治疗血友病。
