烧结厂废气余热利用设计烧结厂废气余热利用设计design of waste gas heat utilization in sinter plantshaolieehang feiqi yure Iiyong sheshj she』i烧结厂废气余热利用设计(design of wastegas heat utilization in sinter plant)回收利用烧结厂废气显热的设施设计。烧结厂生产过程中烧结机和烧结矿冷却机产生大量废气,其所含显热,约占整个烧结过程热支出的50%,为了节约能源应对废气的余热进行回收利用。冷却机废气余热利用将冷却机前段废气温度较高(500一ssoaC)、含尘量为0.5~1.59/m3的废气,经净化,可以回收利用。利用方式有两种:一种是直接将冷却机前段的高温废气经过净化后作为点火炉的助燃空气或用于预热混合料,这种方式较为简单,但用量有限,一般不超过冷却机高温废气量的10%。另一种是将冷却机前段高温废气通过热管或引入余热锅炉产生热水或蒸汽,用于烧结厂的生活和生产,或并入冶金工厂的蒸汽管网,也可将所产蒸汽用于发电。烧结机废气余热利用设施烧结机尾部几个风箱中温度大于300℃的废气引出经净化后可以回收利用,一般有开路回收利用及闭路回收利用两种:(1)开路回收利用流程是将烧结机尾部风箱的高温废气抽出经过净化和余热锅炉热交换,送回前段烧结降尘管利用。(2)闭路回收利用流程是将烧结机尾部风箱的高温废气抽出经过净化和余热锅炉热交换后排出的气体返回至烧结机料面,作为烧结用热风。机上冷却烧结机的废气利用是将烧结段最后几个风箱的高温废气和冷却段前段(或全部)高温废气抽出利用。余热利用的设计中应注意,因烧结废气中含有水分,当废气温度过度下降时会产生结露现象,以致影响主电除尘器及主抽风机的正常运转。另外,烧结废气中含有二氧化硫和水分时,对余热回收系统的设备等具有腐蚀作用。(孔德莹张惠宁)
