复方丹参片【通用名称】复方丹参片【其他名称】复方丹参片 复方丹参片 拼音名：Fufang Danshen Pian 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-518 【处方】 丹参 450g 三七 141g 冰片 8g 【制法】 以上三味，丹参提取三次，第一次加乙醇回流1.5 小时，滤过，滤液回 收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.30（55～60℃）；第二次加50％乙醇回流1.5 小时，滤过； 第三次加水回流2 小时，滤过，合并第二、三次滤液，回收乙醇，浓缩至相对密度1.40 （55～60℃），与第一次的浓缩液合并，混匀，制成相对密度为1.35～1.39(55℃)的清 膏。将三七粉碎成细粉，与丹参清膏拌匀，干燥，制成颗粒，将冰片研细，与上述颗粒 混匀，压制成1000片，或包糖衣或薄膜衣，即得。 【性状】 本品为褐色的片、糖衣片或薄膜衣片，糖衣片和薄膜衣片除去包衣后显 褐色；气芳香，味微苦。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品5 片，糖衣片除去糖衣，研碎，加乙醚10ml，超声处理5 分 钟，滤过，药渣备用，滤液挥干，残渣加醋酸乙酯2ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取 丹参酮Ⅱ、 冰片对照品，分别加醋酸乙酯制成每1ml 含0.5mg 的溶液，作为对照 品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述三种溶液各4μl，分别点于同一硅 胶Ｇ薄层板上，以苯－醋酸乙酯(19:1)为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干。供试品色谱中， 在与丹参酮Ⅱ 对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点；喷以1 ％香草醛硫 酸溶液，在110 ℃加热数分钟，在与冰片对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 (2) 取[鉴别](1) 项下的药渣，加甲醇25ml，加热回流15分钟，放冷，滤过，滤液 蒸干，残渣加水25ml，微热使溶解，加水饱和的正丁醇25ml，振摇提取，取正丁醇提取 液，用氨试液25ml洗涤，弃去氨溶液，再用正丁醇饱和的水洗涤2次，每次25ml,正丁醇 液浓缩至干，残渣加甲醇1ml使溶解,作为供试品溶液。另取三七皂苷R1对照品及人参皂 苷Rb1、Rg1对照品，分别加甲醇制成每1ml 含1mg 的溶液,作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱 法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述四种溶液各1μl，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上,以氯仿 －甲醇－水(13:7:2)10℃以下放置分层的下层溶液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干,喷以硫 酸乙醇溶液(1→10)，立即于110～120℃加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照 品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 【检查】 应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ D）。 【含量测定】 照高效液相色谱法（附录Ⅵ D）测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-水（73:27） 为流动相；检测波长为270nm。理论板数按丹参酮Ⅱ峰计算应不低于2000。 对照品溶液的制备 精密称取丹参酮Ⅱ对照品10mg，置50ml棕色量瓶中，用甲醇 溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，精密量取5ml，置25ml棕色量瓶中，加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，即得（ 每1ml中含丹参酮Ⅱ40μg）。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品10片，糖衣片除去糖衣，精密称定，研细，取1g，精密称定， 精密加入甲醇25ml，称定重量，超声处理15分钟，放冷，再称定重量，用甲醇补足减失的重量， 摇匀，滤过，取续滤液，即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各10μl，注入液相色谱仪，测定，即得。 本品每片含丹参以丹参酮Ⅱ（C19H18O3）计，不得少于0.20mg。 【功能与主治】 活血化瘀，理气止痛。用于胸中憋闷，心绞痛。 【用法与用量】 口服，一次3 片，一日3 次。 【注意】 孕妇慎用。 【贮藏】 密封。
