肉桂酸乙酯 学名3-苯基丙烯酸乙酯。无色油状液体。分子量176.22。密度1.40g/cm3。熔点12℃。沸点271℃。闪点>100℃。不溶于水。溶于乙醚。以1:5溶于70%乙醇。具有甜脂香和类似蜂蜜的香气,味甜。 生产方法:主要采用酯化法。以肉桂酸和乙醇为原料,在硫酸催化剂存在下进行直接酯化反应,然后经中和、洗涤、蒸馏而得。 用途:酯类合成香料。广泛用作玫瑰、柑桔、素心兰及东方型等香精的调合香料,与香紫苏油及天然果子精合用效果更好。也可用作香皂香料。
