二、使用指南
1. 一方为另一方主动提拱帮助、服务或提供某物，对方不管是接受还是拒绝，通常都应说一声Thank you。不过若不接受对方主动提出的帮助，则通常会在 Thank you 之后再加上 all [just] the same (当然不加也可以)。
2. 当主动提出的帮助为对方所接受后，提供者在根据提供的内容行事时， 一般不需再说什么客套语。常见的情形是提供者面露笑容，或说 Here you are (比如：在为对方拿来食物或为对方取来某物直接递给对方时), 或说There you are (比如：在为对方打开窗户或拿来某种不宜直接递给的东西——如拿来椅子等时)。
3. 在中国，人们即使希望得到对方的帮助，也往往谦让一番。因此，主动提出帮忙的人只说一次是不够的。而在美国，主动帮忙只会提出一次。因此，如果确实需要帮助时，千万不要客气。一旦拒绝，就不要指望对方还会提出帮忙。而当对方拒绝帮忙时，也不要再次提出。三、实战对话
