12月28日,原、被告双方签订《房屋买卖协议》,原告购买被告位于某小区的住房一套,总价244800元。协议签订后,原告支付购房款144800万元,约定10万元尾款在交付房子时一次性付清。因房价大幅上涨,被告心生悔意,遂对房屋进行装修,试图以此终止履行协议。双方多次沟通未果,原告诉至仁怀法院,要求依法判决双方继续履行合同,完成房屋交付。
3月11日,第一人民法庭开庭审理了该案。为查清案件事实,承办法官对房屋进行现场勘查,确认被告完成了水电及地板安装。双方对装修费用产生争议,被告陈述装修该房花费了27000元,原告则认为装修费酌定为2万元才恰当。为切实化解纠纷,法庭组织双方当事人进行调解,从法、理、情的角度给双方当事人做工作。最终,原告将尾款及装修费合计12万余元支付给被告,被告将房屋钥匙交付给原告。(仁怀市人民法院、云遵义)
