英语作文试题的真相：
“知己知彼，百战不殆！”任何考试题型都是“研究在先，方法在后”，英语作文同样有着它自己的特点。让我们一层层剥开它的真相：
真相一：作文是写给老师的，不是写给自己的。
其实，无论是语文作文还是英语作文都是写给判卷老师的，而不是写给自己的。
只要是考试，你必须完成出题者设计的试题，尤其是作文，必须按照判卷老师想要的要求来答题才会给分数。判卷老师越是喜欢的文章，当然分数就会越高。同学们，你们知道判卷老师喜欢什么样的文章吗？
真相二：中国的英语作文本身就充满了中国式思维、中国式结构、英语句型，而不是国外的地道文章。
英语试题和英语学习在中国的几十年发展中，由于初期很少人和外国人经常生活在一起或密切往来，仅仅局限于对西方世界和西方语言的间接接触，最终造就了一个“中国人自己的英语世界”。无论是中学作文还是大学四六级作文在慢慢地积累中就形成了一整套“中国式英语作文”的体系，它主要考查语法、词汇、句型和文章结构。“中国式英语作文”的典型特点就是地道的中国式思想表达配以正确的英语句型和词汇使用，形象的讲就是“一个披着西装的中国佬”。而西方的文章本质就和东方的思想不同，在语言的表达习惯和表达逻辑上也是大相径庭。我们也可以说外国人写作文和中国人写英语作文根本不是一回事。

如何“背”文章才有效？
“背诵”对于百分之九十的同学来说都是非常头痛的问题。根本上讲是大家没有坚持背诵的习惯。人的右脑是无限的，如果从小学三年级开始坚持背诵，两三年后大脑就会深度开发，如果坚持到初三，你所掌握的东西完全可以应付高中英语学习了。你背诵的东西越多，坚持背诵的时间越长，大脑开发的就越透彻，最后你记忆的速度会超过别人十倍。周恩来、郭沫若、胡适、林语堂等都是最好的范例。

别忽视，还有一些小技巧很重要：
1. 用句子量来计算单词量。平均每句话10个单词左右。若文章要求是120词，
你的句子就在12到13个。 若是150词，你的句子量就在15到16个。
2. 句与句之间的不要留一个字母的位置，将他拉大到两到三个字母，这样便
于判卷老师数字句子，自然也便于自己数句子。
3. 注意每句话开头要大写。
4. 书写的字体最好是每个字母分开的，不要连体、花体。有些同学的字母看
起来有点幼稚，没关系的，关键是清晰、整齐。
5. 分段要清晰，单词间距平均工整。
6. 书写字体不要太小，要让判卷老师能够轻松看到。
7. 不要交白卷，在试卷里面的单选、完形、阅读中有无数的句子，找一些好
句子往上抄，但要字迹工整。只要有字，考官就会给分。
8. 注意是否题目中要求你要写出文章的标题。写标题时实词第一个字母要大
写，虚词第一个字母要小写。
