中国南方航空股份发布公告，于10月10日，公司与南航融资租赁订立-融资和租赁服务框架协议，以重续-融资和租赁服务框架协议项下交易。
根据- 融资和租赁服务框架协议，南航融资租赁同意根据-融资和租赁服务框架协议及据此拟订立的相关实施协议的条款及条件，在公司认为适宜并符合公司及股东的整体利益时就租赁飞机、租赁飞机相关资产及租赁航空相关设备向公司继续提供融资租赁服务以及就若干飞机、直升机及发动机向公司提供经营租赁服务。
订立-融资和租赁服务框架协议将扩大飞机、飞机相关资产及航空相关设备的融资渠道以及通过经营租赁增加机队以满足公司的业务发展需要及行业增长。与直接购买飞机、飞机相关资产及航空相关设备相比，集团可透过飞机、飞机相关资产及航空相关设备融资租赁享有更多灵活性，且对集团的营运资金产生较少影响。飞机、直升机及发动机的经营租赁亦将为集团安排其机队提供灵活性。

China Southern Airlines announced that on October 10, , the company entered into a - financing and leasing service framework agreement with China Southern Financial Leasing to renew the transaction under - financing and leasing Service Framework Agreement.
Pursuant to the - Financing and Leasing Services Framework Agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the - Financing and Leasing Services Framework Agreement and the relevant implementation agreements formulated thereunder, which the Company considers appropriate and in compliance with interests of the Company and its shareholders, China Southern Financial Leasing has agreed to continue to provide financial leasing services to the company for leasing aircraft, leasing aircraft-related assets and leasing of aviation-related equipment, and to provide operating lease services to the company for certain aircraft, helicopters and engines.
The - Financing and Leasing Services Framework Agreement will expand the financing channels for aircraft, aircraft-related assets and aviation-related equipment, as well as increase fleets through operating leases to meet the company"s business development needs and industry growth. Compared with direct purchase of aircraft, aircraft-related assets and aviation-related equipment, the Group can enjoy more flexibility, which has less impact on the Group"s working capital. Operating leases for aircraft, helicopters and engines will also provide flexibility for the Group to arrange its fleet.
