Admonish

常用句式为

admonish someone to do sth

admonish someone for sth/doing sth

告诫某人力劝某人做某事。

The parents admonished their child for telling a lie.父母严厉告诫他们的孩子说谎行为。

Advocate

Advocate意为拥护，支持，提倡，呼吁。

The teachers advocated for better pay.老师们呼吁增加工资。

Bemoan

Bemoan 哀怨，悲叹，叹息。

用法常为：bemoan sth/doing sth 叹息悲叹某事/做某事。
