酮洛芬缓释片药物名称：酮洛芬缓释片英文名：Ketoprofen Sustained Release Tablets汉语拼音：Tongluofen Huanshi Pian主要成分：酮洛芬性状：白色片。药理作用：非甾体类消炎、镇痛药。药代动力学：可在胃肠道快速和完全吸收。健康受试者单次服用150mg，在给药后2～3小时血药浓度达峰值，t1/2为2.61小时，tmax为2.03小时，Cmax为5.401μg/ml，AUC为33.136μg·h/ml，本品在血浆中主要以原形药、羟化代谢物和相应的葡萄甘酸代谢物形式存在。本品与血浆中白蛋白结合率为99%，约60%的药物主要以葡萄糖醛酸结合物形式从尿中排泄。适应症：风湿性或类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊椎炎、痛风、痛经等。用法与用量：成人口服。一次75mg，一日2次。不良反应： 1胃肠道反应较常见，如胃部疼痛、不适、恶心、腹泻等。 2偶见过敏性皮炎、耳鸣、头晕、嗜睡、视力模糊等。 3极少见于血压升高、心律不齐、肝肾功能异常、胃肠道溃疡、出血、听力下降等。禁忌症： 1活动期消化道溃疡、出血。 2对本品、阿司匹林或其他非甾体类抗炎镇痛药过敏者禁用。注意事项： 1具有胃肠道疾患、哮喘、心功能不全、高血压、血友病或其他出血性疾病、肝肾功能不全的患者慎用。 2孕妇、哺乳期妇女、小儿、老年人慎用。 3对诊断的干扰： 3.1由于本品对血小板聚集有抑制作用，可使出血时间延长3～4秒； 3.2可使血钠浓度降低，血红蛋白及红细胞压积降低； 3.3可致血清碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶及转氨酶升高； 3.4由于本品在尿中代谢产物的干扰，可影响尿17-羟皮质醇（17-OHCS）的测定结果。规格： 75mg。贮藏： 遮光，密闭保存。有效期：暂定2年。处方药：是
